Visual interpretation: Katrin Bethge

The principle the composition – with several artists creating one piece – will be turned on its head in regards to the visual arts. Light artist Katrin Bethge from Hamburg uses the text and music of the piece and interprets it live during the performances. This way, an additional level of sensual experience is given to further highten the impact of The same WORD.

In the same way, the composers use the research trips to find musical inspiraton, parts of the projections will be made with elements taken from abroad. Thus they give an direct reference to the diverse world religions.
